A counter-only sushi bar serving fish landed in the waters around Nagasaki. It uses Nagasaki seafood such as sea urchin and conger eel, and its sake list centers on Nagasaki breweries. It is run by Ibukichi Co., Ltd., which also operates restaurants in Isahaya and elsewhere.
